  • All orders placed by 2 PM CST/3 PM EST on Monday-Friday are printed and shipped the same day 

  • Orders placed on weekdays after the cutoff time or on weekends will ship the next business day.

  • Shipping Options available during checkout:

    • 2 Day Shipping (FREE with code SHIP28): Arrives in 2 business days

    • Standard Overnight: Arrives by end of the next business day

    • Priority Overnight: Arrives by noon next business day

    • First Overnight: Arrives by 10:00 am next business day

  • Can I track my shipment once it is dispatched?

    • Yes, you should receive an email with tracking information. Please check your spam folder for email confirmation. If you do not receive one, please email our sales staff with the email you placed the order so we can confirm.


  • If I receive my item with damage due to carrier mishandling, who should I call to get a refund?

    • You can call us for a replacement item, and we will deal with getting a refund from the carrier.


  • Do you offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada?

    • We do ship to these locations. However, our shipping delivery estimates are only valid for the lower 48 states in the USA.

Our obituary policy is that your satisfaction is guaranteed or we will give you a full refund.

  • Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?

    • Yes, please call and request that your order should be canceled and we will provide a full refund.


  • If I’m not happy with my order can I return it?

    • Yes, you have 90 days to return your order by mail for a full refund.


  • If I receive a defective Item can I get a refund or replacement?

    • Yes, please call our customer service team or email support@funeralprints.com and we will refund or replace your item. We will give you instructions on how to return the damaged or defective items
